Races are chock-full of activities, so any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Below is a short list of some of the activities that will require volunteers.

If you have a specific idea of what you would like to do, let her know that too! This is going to be a lot of fun, so don't miss out!

Pre-race activities
o      Sponsor solicitation
o      Advertising and Flyer distribution
o      Merchandise awards solicitation
o      Post-race refreshment/food solicitation
o      Race packet goodies solicitation
o      Awards management, preparation, pick-up, manage
o      T-shirt management
o      Packet preparation
o      Pre-race day registration at school
o      Pre-race day packet pick-up
o      Sign preparation (mile markers, parking directions, facility signs, etc.)
o      Equipment acquisition and logistics

Race day activities
o      Race day assistants
o      Race results assistants
o      Set-up, distribute and manage food/refreshment
o      Traffic Management
o      Course set-up
o      Aid/water station management
o      Aid/water station volunteers
o      Neighborhood notification
o      Course marshals

Post race activities      
o      Post race tear-down & Post race clean-up
